To support our continued growth, Penny is recruiting a Partnerships Executive to join our team, based at our Head Office in Portsmouth.

Penny has been helping small businesses for 2 years and is already one of the leading finance providers in its space. Nominated for multiple awards, we’re looking for a partnership executive to join our fantastic team and help grow our sales & partnership function from the ground up. If you are resilient, charming, enthusiastic and hungry for success, then we want you. This role is based at our HQ at Port Solent, Hampshire.
While technology is at the frontline of what we do, so are our people. The experience we offer to our customers & partners is very important to us. In this position you will often be the first point of call whilst they enter into our ecosystem. Excellent customer service will be number one while you carry out your day to day responsibilities:
Bringing onboard new relationships and supporting them through the onboarding process
Active account management for established partnerships
Listen, probe and analyse feedback to determine the underlying needs of the customer
Providing a “Penny” education to new inquiries
Maintaining relationships with our VIP users & partner
Work alongside our partners providing feedback, updates and handling any queries
Analyse internal data to build pipeline
Record and use software to understand timeline of relationships
